Mrs Hamilton

Mrs Hamilton is currently teaching in Year 5/6 at Ashleigh. Mrs Hamilton is responsible for Maths, Modern Foreign Languages, our school Library and ITT at Ashleigh. She enjoys our busy, happy school life, especially when children from all age groups chat to her.

Likes: I am a big Manchester United fan, as I grew up in Manchester. I love the outdoor life - kayaking, body-boarding, swimming, walking, gardening. I also love to lose myself in a good book or film. I enjoy travelling with my family and experiencing other cultures around the world.

Dislikes: I don't dislike many things, apart from bullies and people who don't tell the truth or hurt others.

Learning to Learn Character I am most like and why: I think I am probably most like Rachel Relationships because, in my job I need to be a good listener and to empathise with others. I also need to be really organised to juggle my school and home life, so Ruth Reflectiveness would also fit.
